Note: If your account is set to private or you delete your submission during the event period, we will not be able to verify your participation, and it will be considered invalid. The event period lasts from the start of the event until the winners are announced.

A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted on the eligible submissions based on their degree of completion, creativity, and relevance to the event theme.

[Important Notes]
【1】Ensure you are a legal adult in your country/region or have prior consent and are supervised by a guardian to participate in this event.
【2】Do not post content that violates platform rules or is unrelated to the event (including but not limited to ads or promotions). Any verified acts of cheating (such as using cheat software) will result in disqualification and may lead to a ban from future events.
【3】There is no limit to the number of submissions per Navigator, but each X (Twitter) account can only win once.
【4】Your participation will be deemed invalid if you haven't followed Strinova official X account @Strinova_EN, as we will not be able to contact you via private messages.
【5】Include proof of your work-in-progress with your submission, such as sketches, drafts, screenshots, or recordings. Submissions without proof may be disqualified. Please retain copies of your work-in-progress materials, as we may contact you via DM to request additional proof if needed.
【6】To maintain a positive gaming environment, Navigators, please acknowledge and confirm that you will not initiate or participate in the following activities. Otherwise, we reserve the right to revoke your participation/winning eligibility:
• Non-Strinova-related works
• Extremist content, including but not limited to explicit, violent, political, or controversial material
• Plagiarized or copyright-infringing works
• Works created using generative AI
• Exploiting rules or technical loopholes to participate unfairly
• Commercializing or authorizing third-party use of your work
• Spreading false information or damaging reputations related to the event or organizer
• Violating event rules, disrupting the event, or engaging in harmful or unfair behavior
• Any illegal, inappropriate, or policy-violating content
【7】If the number or quality of submissions is insufficient, some prizes may not be awarded.
【8】If you win any virtual prizes, please claim them within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your prize. Prizes will be sent to your in-game mail within 40 days of the winners announcement. Please remember to check and claim your rewards.
【9】If you win a physical prize in this event, we will collect and use your identity information and other related information needed for shipping (including game ID, name, email, phone number, valid ID information, postal code, and mailing address) to ensure timely delivery of your prize. We will cover any transaction fees for international shipping. However, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes (if any).
【10】If you win a physical prize, provide your shipping info within 10 days of the prize announcement. Ensure the Strinova official accounts @Strinova_EN can contact you privately. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Submitted shipping info cannot be updated; please ensure accuracy and legality.
【11】Physical prizes will be shipped within 45 days after the event ends. If stock issues, logistics problems, or other unavoidable circumstances prevent prize fulfillment, we will replace it with a prize of equal value. Thank you for understanding.
【12】During prize delivery, if customs clearance is required, you need to contact your local customs office and declare the item. If the prize cannot be delivered due to failure to clear customs, we are not responsible for reissuing the prize or any other obligations. If your item is damaged, please contact the shipping provider first.
【13】If you obtain cash prizes, please provide your recipient account details and other related information within the established timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your prize. We will be responsible for any transaction fees incurred due to international transfers. You are responsible for relevant tax obligations and should refer to the actual amount received for specifics. The winner is responsible for the payment of applicable taxes and charges of their country or region of residence. Please file taxes as required.
【14】By submitting your work, you grant Strinova the free right to use your submission for online and offline promotional purposes across all platforms and channels, including but not limited to in-game, official websites, social media platforms such as X (Twitter) and Facebook, offline events, exhibitions, event displays, and related promotional materials. We will ensure the author is credited when using their work.
