Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service that you have agreed to in order to use our Services and is a legally binding agreement between you and iDreamSky. Information You Give To Us
We receive and store any information you give to us, such as when you:
• download, update and play our Games or are involved in our special events (for example, offline campaign);

• make an in-app purchase;
• interact with us via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Google+;
• respond to our customer surveys;
• subscribe to our newsletters or other information feeds;
• request technical support, make a compliment or complaint, or otherwise contact us directly; and
• give us your information in any other forms.
And such information you give to us may include but not limited to following types of information:
• Registration Information. In order to use our Services, sometimes you may be requested to create an account. Then we will receive and store information you provide, including your country of residence and age that help us meet the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations; if you refuse to provide your registration information, you may not able to use our Services;
• Shared Information. Some of our Services may allow you to interact with other users and post or share content publicly. Then we will receive and store information you voluntarily share on our Services, including information you provide when you creating your profile, interacting with other users on our player forums, message boards, news feeds, status updates, posting public comments to users’ status updates, sending messages or invitations to other users, chatting with other users, and posting photos, etc; and
• Financial Information. If you make a payment through our Services, such as in game virtual currencies or goods, we may collect certain information regarding your payment (such as your user ID, recharge record, consumption record) as necessary to process your order and maintain your transaction record. And you will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to our payment processing partners, such as but not limited to your name, credit card information, cellphone number, etc. All Financial Information is collected for billing and payment purposes only and will be protected and administered by us and our authorized payment processing partners.
• Contact information. If you contact us by post, phone or email, we may collect your address, phone number, or email address in order to give you feedback.
Please note, your Shared Information may be publicly viewable by others who have access to our Services. We recommend you do not use your real name or other information that may be used to personally identify you as part of your profile as this information may be used to make unwanted contact with you by third parties. We are not responsible for your Shared Information being used by third parties. Also, you should exercise caution in all Shared Information, and we recommend you do not provide Personal Information that may be used to identify and/or contact you when using our Services.
Information We Collect Automatically
We receive and store certain types of information automatically when you interact with us, such as:
• Usage Information. We collect information about how you use our Services, such as your game progress, scores, achievements and interactions with other users, click records you search and browse when you use our Services. We use such information to design new Services, improve our Services, and to deliver our Services to you;
• Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including information about the device’s brand and model, configuration information, unique device identifiers ("Device ID"), device tokens, its operating system version, language, time zone, device carrier, etc;
• Consumption Information. We collect information about your consumption habits relating to your use of our Services, including which purchases you make with both virtual and real currencies;
• Advertising Information. With your authorization, we will collect external memory card status, mount and unmount status of extended disk on your device to make sure you can take part in the advertising campaigns. If you open promotional links and view advertising campaigns provided by advertisement providers, your viewing records, Device ID, and engagement data will be collected.
• General Location Information. Such information including location information either provided by a mobile device interacting with our Services (including through beacon technologies), or associated with your IP address where we are permitted by law to process this information, so we know what language to use and so that we can provide Services that are applicable to your location;
• Cookies. You can disable Cookies through your web or phone settings but you may find that you are not able to enjoy all of the features of our Services if you do so. For more information about Cookies, please see "What Technology Do We Use to Collect, Use and Store Your Information" section; and
• if you use "share this Game with your friends", "share your score with your friends"or use other similar features, we will collect your information to perform such features for you.
Information We Collect From Third Parties
Sometimes we collect information about you from third parties, such as Apple and Google. And we may combine such information with information we collect from our Services. We collect such information so that we can deliver the Services you have requested. We collect such information:
• when you download or purchase our Games via Apple Store, Google Play Store, or other stores;
• when you sign-in to our Services with a social media account, such as Apple Game Center, Facebook, Google Play, Twitter or other platform providers, we gather from those providers your basic profile information such as your username, gender, age, your profile photo and friends list (we will ask for your authorization to collect your friends during your use of the Game).
If you log into our Services using a third party site or platform or any third parties’ services, you represent and warrant that your access and use of such features in connection with our Services will comply with the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of such third parties.
3.What Technology Do We Use to Collect, Use and Store Your Information
We may, from time to time, collect, use and store your Information through technology, such as Cookies and Web beacons and other similar technologies.
• Cookies. A Cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser or cellphone from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive or your cellphone;
• Web beacons. Web beacons are electronic image files or other technologies that may be embedded within websites or emails. They may be used to keep count of visitors, record when and if an email or website is viewed, or access certain Cookies;
• Certain information is automatically gathered and stored in log files. Such information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data;

• JavaScript. JavaScript is a scripting language used to produce more interactive and dynamic websites. JavaScript can create Cookies, read Cookies, and delete Cookies; and
• Mobile Analytics. We uses mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our Services. Mobile Analytics software could record information such as how often you use our Services, the events that occur within our Games, aggregated usage, performance data, and where our Games were downloaded from.

• If you log into our Services using third party services, such as Google Play, Facebook or Apple Game Center, we may share or disclose your Information provided by those services with other players for certain in-app features, such as leader boards.
• Transfers of Personal Information outside the EEA or UK. Since we may share your personal information with the aforementioned parties, where a data transfer outside the European Economic Area and UK is not covered by an adequacy decision under applicable jurisdiction, we rely on lawful and appropriate safeguards, which mainly includes standard contractual clauses adopted by EU Commission, UK or other jurisdiction, which may be enhanced by supplementary measures that are necessary to bring the level of protection of the data transferred up to the standard of essential equivalence, and Code of Conduct certified by EU Commission, UK or other jurisdiction, to enable international transfers outside the EEA or UK.
We will not share your Personal Information with advertisement providers or share with third parties for advertising purposes unless you have given us your consent to do so.

Correction/ Rectification
You have the right to correct any Personal Information we held about you that is inaccurate. You can access the Personal Information you have made available as part of your account by logging into your account and/or the community forum (as applicable). If you believe we hold any other Personal Information about you and that information is inaccurate, please contact us for further details.
Erasure
You can delete your account, or remove certain Personal Information, by logging into your account and/or the community forum (as applicable). If there is any other Personal Information you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please contact us for further details.
You may request that we erase the Personal Information we hold about you in the following circumstances:
• you believe that it is no longer necessary for us to hold such Personal Information; or
• you believe the Personal Information we hold about you is being unlawfully processed by us.
You can also exercise your right to restrict our processing of your Personal Information (as described below) whilst we consider your request.
We may need to retain your Personal Information if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for the defence of legal claims or freedom of expression) while we will let you know if that is the case. Where you have requested that we erase Personal Information that has been made available publicly on the Game Services and there are grounds for erasure, we will use reasonable steps to try to tell others that are displaying the Personal Information or providing links to the Personal Information to erase it too.
Restriction of Processing to Storage Only
You have a right to require us to stop processing the Personal Information we hold about you other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances. • you oppose to erase the Personal Information as the processing we are doing is unlawful and you want us to retain the Personal Information but just store it instead; or
• the Personal Information is no longer necessary for our purposes but you require it to be stored for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Objection
Where Personal Information is processed for direct marketing purpose,you have the right to object to our processing of Personal Information about you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. You can object to such processing by logging into your Game account and changing the settings in the Game or contact with us.
Withdrawal
To the extent provided by applicable laws and regulations, you may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us for certain processing activities by contacting with us.
8.Security
The security of your Personal Information is extremely important to us. We follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. For us, this includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all Personal Information is disclosed only on a "need to know" basis and ensuring that all Personal Information collected by us is done via secured connections and protected and encrypted (using secure socket layer technology, "SSL" and HTTPS) by industrial grade security software to guard against unauthorized access. We restrict access to Personal Information to our employees who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

It may also be processed by our affiliates and subsidiary companies, joint venture partners and third party service providers who may operate outside of your country or jurisdiction. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you may unsubscribe from the "options" or "settings" page within the mobile application, you also may be able to manage them from your device’s settings page for the mobile application.
Service-related Announcements
We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we consider it is necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend one of our Services for maintenance). Because these information is important to your interaction with us, you may not opt-out of these service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature.

Children cannot use our Services without the consent of the parents or legal guardians. Since the “Parental Permission” is confirmed upon logging into our Game, the parents or legal guardians’ consent is deemed to be given for us to process Children’s Personal Information.

We won’t collect more Personal Information from Children than is reasonably necessary to participate in the specific activity. The parent or legal guardian of a Child has the right to contact us and make a request to review their Child’s Personal Information, delete the Personal Information of the Child, object to any further collection or use of the Child’s Personal Information, object to the disclosure of Children’s Personal Information to third parties if such disclosure is not the part of the service. How you exercise your rights under CCPA
You can log in your Game account to manage your personal information or submit your request to us with “Request for California Privacy Information” to receive the information you request for disclosure.
We will respond to your verified request within 45 days pursuant to CCPA. If necessary, extensions for another 45 days will be accompanied by an explanation for the delay. Please also note that under CCPA, we are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year.
