To celebrate the official launch of Strinova, we're bringing you an exclusive Twitch Drops event! From November 21 at 4:00 p.m. to December 15 at 7:59 a.m. (PST), tune into any Strinova stream on Twitch.tv for a chance to win Bablo Crystals and more rewards.
Event Rules
1. Sign in and Link Your Account
Please link the Twitch account you used to claim Twitch Drops for Strinova. If you have not yet earned a Twitch Drop, please learn how by checking out the FAQ section.
2. Watch Livestream and Claim Rewards for Strinova
To activate rewards, you must first watch a livestream to earn and claim a Twitch Drop for Strinova. After meeting the watch time requirement, please go to your Twitch Drops inventory and click "Claim Now" on any Twitch Drop for Strinova.

1. What are Twitch Drops for Strinova?
Twitch Drops are special rewards that you can earn by watching participating Strinova streams on Twitch. Simply tune in, meet the watch time requirements, and claim exclusive in-game rewards directly in Strinova!
2. How long do I need to watch to earn a Drop?
The watch time required to earn each Drop varies. Be sure to check the specific stream or event details for exact timing, and track your progress in the Twitch Drops Inventory.
Unlinked accounts, take note: make sure to link your account within 7 days (7 * 24 hours) of claiming the reward. Rewards cannot be issued if linking is delayed beyond this period. Once linked, rewards will be delivered within 24 hours for all users.
3. Where can I see my progress?
You can monitor your watch time and Drops progress in your [Twitch Drops Inventory]. Once the watch time requirement is met, you’ll be able to claim the Drop directly from there.
4. I claimed a Drop, but I don’t see it in Strinova. What should I do?
If you’ve claimed a Drop but don’t see it in your game, try the following:
· Ensure your Twitch account is correctly linked to your Strinova account.
· Allow up to 24 hours for the rewards to appear in your account.
· If you’re still experiencing issues, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
5. Can I earn Drops by watching any stream?
To earn Drops, you must watch a participating Strinova stream. Look for the “Drops Enabled” tag on Twitch to confirm if the stream qualifies for Drops. See [here] for the list of Strinova live stream channels.
6. Can I earn the same Drop multiple times?
No, each Twitch Drop reward can only be earned once per event. Once you’ve claimed a reward, it cannot be earned again within the same event period. Make sure to stay updated on future events for new opportunities to earn rewards.
